Jermil and pictures and words.

Ludington is considered a part of Northern Michigan. To me, it looks like it’s located more in the middle of the west coast of Michigan off the Lake Michigan shore. I paid a visit to two beaches at Buttersville Park and Stearns Park.

Buttersville Park was mostly empty except for a few families and people who lived right off the beach. It had a calmness about it that made it seem like nothing else mattered as long as I was there.

Stearns Park, on the other hand, is visited by a multitude of high school kids who flock to this park after school lets out. I did see a few families and couples taking a stroll to the North Breakwater Lighthouse. But most of the visitors stood by their cars or rode skateboards around the parking lot.
