Melatonin is Better than Warm Milk
Melatonin supplements are supposed to help with getting more restful sleep. I was taking it for a while before I went to bed. I always thought that it was putting me to sleep but I wasn’t sure if it was the melatonin or if it was because I was actually tired. I mean, it was bedtime. But today, I took one at 7pm to see if it actually did anything. Within 15 minutes, I was feeling like I should’ve been in the bed hours ago. It wore off after about an hour and thirty minutes but for that approximate hour, I could have passed out wherever I was as long as I was sitting down or lounging around. When I got up and walked around, I was fine but when I sat down again, I felt the sweet release of sleep creeping over my shoulder.
I’ve made this post as a public service announcement to any of my loyal readers that may have trouble sleeping. Go to GNC or even your local grocery store and cop a bottle of melatonin. It’ll work wonders.
